As we edge ever closer to the next set of Covid restrictions being lifted, more people are taking this opportunity to enjoy a bit of sun and even visit a pub garden or two.
This past week has already seen temperatures rise to around 18 degrees in parts of the South West and similar temperatures look set to stay with us into the beginning of next week.
Beer gardens up and down the country have already enjoyed full bookings as people finally escape the confines of their lockdown bubbles.
But, as risk of showers, frost and cooler evenings heightens, could this be the last bit of proper sunshine we see for a while?
Well according to reports, while the next week could see a decline in sunshine for many of us, forecasters are predicting a scorching May Bank Holiday weekend – with temperatures even predicted to rise to a whopping 32C.
We’ve put together a list of the hour-by-hour weather forecasts for areas of Devon, including Plymouth, to see just where might be getting the best temperatures for the rest of this weekend.
And, if you’re in the Barnstaple area, you could very well be seeing highs of around 15 degrees today – so make the most of it.
